Return & Refund Policy for Apex Plumbing

At Apex Plumbing, we stand by the quality of our work and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or corrections may be issued for services rendered or parts provided.
1. Services Provided
All plumbing services are provided as agreed upon in service estimates or work orders. Due to the nature of plumbing services (labor, time, and materials), refunds are generally not offered once service has been completed.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 3 days of the completed work. We will:
- Re-inspect the issue at no additional cost.
- Attempt to correct the problem where applicable.
- Offer partial credit toward future services if we determine an error was made.
3. Parts and Equipment Returns
We use industry-standard parts and equipment. If a part is found to be defective:
- We will replace it under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
- If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of the defective part only, not including labor.
Note: Custom-ordered or special-order parts are non-refundable unless defective.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
- No-shows: If we arrive and are unable to perform the work due to lack of access or customer absence, a trip fee of $75 may be charged.
5. Deposits
For jobs requiring materials or special equipment,or intensive labor, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or the job is scheduled.
